The Party Branch of Tianxing Genesis School attaches great importance to theoretical study for the theoretical study group, and gives full play to its exemplary and leading role. It regards studying and implementing the Party’s principles and policies, especially the guiding principles of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, as a major political task for the present and a period to come. The school drives learning among all staff through leading cadres setting an example, deepens learning via special seminars, and translates learning outcomes into concrete progress in boosting school development.

The School Party Branch attaches great importance to theoretical study and adheres to monthly sessions for the theoretical study group. Leading cadres take the lead in studying and delivering speeches, encouraging members of the study group, all Party members and faculty to engage in earnest learning, avoiding superficial and perfunctory routines.

For all study materials, the branch secretary takes the lead in learning first, branch committee members guide group study, mid-level administrators take the initiative to learn, general staff follow suit, and all teachers participate collectively. Each level sets an example for the next and leads the next level in practice, giving full play to the exemplary role of the "key minority". This genuine practice of leading subordinates by personal example effectively improves learning outcomes.



The School Party Branch regularly organizes special seminars within the theoretical study group, covering topics such as whether political study is necessary for private schools and how to carry out such study. It also invites experts on Party history to deliver special lectures on Party history and the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, enabling participants to gain thoughts, insights and tangible gains through learning.

The theoretical study group maintains standardized learning arrangements with designated reading lists and fixed discussion themes, ensuring every study and seminar session features clear topics and in-depth exchanges.


The School Party Branch integrates the study of the theoretical study group with boosting the school’s development. Taking the improvement of education and teaching quality as the starting point, it strengthens the integration of theoretical learning and practical work. Political study and firm ideals and convictions must not remain merely verbal slogans or written words; the core lies in implementing them in practical work.

The school has set up Party Member Model Posts. Frontline Party member teachers strive for the "Teaching Model Post", head teachers compete for the "Student Cultivation Model Post", teaching assistants and logistics staff aim for the "Service Model Post", and mid-level cadres pursue the "Management Model Post". Meanwhile, the system of "Four Contacts and Three Leadership Roles" for leading cadres has been implemented. Leading cadres take the initiative to keep in close contact with one class, one teaching group, one student and one non-Party staff member. They take the lead in abiding by disciplines, enduring hardships and delivering tangible results. They station themselves in grade-level and teaching research groups to participate in lesson preparation and class observations together with teachers. Party members take the lead in delivering demonstration lessons for Party members, ensuring that the study of political theories goes deep into the mind, touches the heart and bears real fruits.
