The school convened a meeting of the Party Branch Committee. On the basis of in-depth investigations and repeated research into the campus culture of Tianxing School, the committee elaborated concrete plans for improving and upgrading the school’s Party building work.

Drawing on the school’s name "Tianxing" and its school motto "Strive unceasingly and pursue perfection in goodness", and integrating traditional Chinese culture, the school Party organization has designated its Party building brand as Tianxing Voice. The brand symbolizes that the Tianxing Party organization and all its Party members will sound the powerful clarion of Party building in the new era and give full play to the exemplary vanguard role of all Party members in this new age.

The spiritual symbol of Communist Party members at Tianxing is "Strive unceasingly; embrace all things with profound virtue". It embodies two spirits of Tianxing Party members: the spirit of persistent, tireless hard work, and the spirit of staying true to their mission and courageously shouldering responsibilities.

The action guideline for Tianxing Party members is the "Seven Strengthens Initiative", which covers seven dimensions: strengthening faith, strengthening moral integrity, strengthening competence, strengthening compassion, strengthening service awareness, strengthening sense of responsibility, and strengthening dedication. The "Seven Strengthens Initiative" serves as a tangible guide for all Communist Party members of Tianxing in their daily work.

Moving forward, the school’s Party organization plans to further standardize and rigorously implement routine Party building work, fully upgrade both hardware and software facilities, launch Version 2.0 of Tianxing’s Party building system, and develop distinctive features and a unique working model of Party building tailored to private schools.
