Since the founding of our school, students of this senior high school bear the expectations of their families, and their future draws extensive attention from all sectors of society. Everyone is watching to see what kind of achievements the first cohort of students at Tianxing Genesis School will deliver after three years of senior high study.

Generally speaking, students and teachers here face heavier daily study and workloads compared with those in other schools. Furthermore, most senior high students have never travelled abroad, nor do they have any overseas study plans for the time being in their future arrangements. As a music teacher, it is my responsibility to enable students to perceive a broader world and a richer wealth of artistic civilization through music learning.

One third of the students have prior experience in music learning. Although most students have not received professional training on a specific musical instrument, music still occupies an important place in their daily lives. Aged between 16 and 18, senior high school students are growing mentally mature. They possess strong curiosity about the world, alongside a keen sense of independence and the ability to think independently.




教学方式：

多学科融合的教学方式，音乐是一个关键的纽带，我在日常的音乐教学中会大量融合历史、国学、政治、绘画、雕塑、地理甚至数学、物理知识。活动课的主体目前以合唱教学为主，通过合唱的艺术作品，了解其相关的根源文化，既丰富了学生的知识面，也让学生明白，更 好的艺术一定源自于更广阔的知识和心胸。

技能意义：

在音乐活动课中，不懂音乐的孩子能走进音乐的世界并享受音乐，懂音乐的孩子能够更 好地将音乐及其他知识表现出来，获得更 好的音乐演唱、表演、演奏技能

知识意义：

通过我们的音乐活动课，让孩子们接触到更丰富而多元的文化。

比如我们通过教科书第一课，学习了周朝礼乐制度以及春秋时期礼崩乐坏的历史原因；

通过音符被祖先们发现发明出来，了解到了管仲不仅是伟大的政治家、军事家、经济学家，还是一名伟大的音乐家；通过学习音乐剧《Alexander Hamilton》，学习了美国建国前后的那段激动人心的历史以及世界政经格局对后世的影响，顺便还学习了很多英语、中英互译的逻辑问题......

精神意义：

音乐活动课延展面辐射了诸多学科，可以让孩子们对于其他科目有更丰富的兴趣；

音乐的触动，也能放松孩子们紧张的学习情绪，劳逸结合，提高主课学习效率。

表演意义：

坚持搞音乐活动课，能够让孩子们具备上台演出的水平，可以去更大的艺术舞台，展现天行创世纪的学生风采。
