One of the first batch of backbone senior high school teachers in Jiangxi Province and a Senior Chinese Teacher of Middle School.He has been awarded Municipal Excellent Teacher, Excellent Head Teacher of Guixi City, National Excellent Teacher, Outstanding Instructor of National Reading Campaign, and Outstanding Instructor of National Anti-epidemic Themed Class Meetings.

Two of his students ranked among the Top 10 science candidates in Jiangxi Province in the college entrance examination; many others became regional top scorers in arts and science streams and obtained the first place in Chinese at the prefecture-level city. A large number of his students have been admitted to Tsinghua University, Peking University, Fudan University, Nankai University, National University of Defense Technology, East China Normal University, China Academy of Art and other prestigious institutions.
