She has been awarded titles including Provincial Backbone Teacher, Provincial Excellent Teaching Teacher, Municipal Academic Leader, Municipal Excellent Moral Education Teacher and Municipal Excellent Head Teacher.

• Her composition teaching lesson won the First Prize at the Primary Chinese Teaching Exchange and Observation Event of Six Provinces and One Municipality in East China, as well as the Provincial Special Prize.

• She has delivered textbook training, head teacher management training and open demonstration lessons for provincial special-post teachers and national training classes in multiple regions.

• She has mentored numerous young teachers who claimed First Prizes in teaching competitions on many occasions.

• Many of her papers have won municipal and provincial First Prizes and been published. She has participated in multiple educational research projects that have been successfully concluded.
