Announcement of Nanchang Tianxing Genesis School on the Whitelist of Social Affairs Entering Campus and Complaint & Reporting Channels for Reducing Teachers Burden
To thoroughly implement the central government’s decisions and arrangements on rectifying formalism to reduce the burden on grassroots units as well as relevant requirements of the Provincial Party Committee, effectively cut down non-teaching workloads of primary and secondary school teachers, actively respond to the work requirements issued by Nanchang Municipal Bureau of Education on alleviating non-teaching burdens on teachers, fully guarantee teachers’ focus on core teaching tasks and foster a sound educational ecosystem, our school hereby releases the announcement concerning the whitelist of social affairs allowed on campus and the complaint and reporting channels for reducing teachers’ workload.
I. Whitelist of Social Affairs Permitted to Enter Campus
The Department of Education of Jiangxi Province has implemented the whitelist access system for social affairs entering campuses of primary and secondary schools (including kindergartens, special education schools and secondary vocational schools) since July 24, 2024. The whitelist specifically covers the following 12 provincial-level social affairs permitted to enter campuses.

Social affairs not included in the whitelist are prohibited from entering campuses. This measure is designed to effectively reduce non-teaching workloads of primary and secondary school teachers, thoroughly rectify formalism, and ease the burden on grassroots education practitioners.

III. Key Supervision Items
Whether any social affairs outside the whitelist are carried out on campus. If unauthorized social affairs are found to disrupt normal teaching order, reports may be submitted via the above channels.
Whether teachers and students are required to follow official WeChat accounts, QQ groups, WeChat groups and other platforms irrelevant to teaching for clock-in and record-keeping purposes, or download and install various non-educational mobile applications to participate in voting, daily check-ins, group sign-ups and other activities that consume teachers’ energy. Such practices severely interfere with teachers’ routine work. Teachers, students and members of the public are encouraged to supervise and report such violations.
Whether the illegal secondment and transfer of primary and secondary school teachers have been dynamically cleared. Teachers shall be guaranteed to fully devote themselves to campus teaching work, and unreasonable personnel transfers shall be eliminated. Any violations may be promptly reported to the school.
Teachers, students, parents and all sectors of society are welcome to supervise our school’s social affairs on campus and the work of reducing teachers’ workload. Any irregularities discovered may be reported through the above channels. We will verify and handle all reports in a timely manner, earnestly safeguard teachers’ legitimate rights and interests, and provide solid support for the smooth progress of teaching and education work.
